The closest international airport to Arles is Marseille Airport in France (MRS).
Plan to arrive in Arles on June 24th no later than 3 pm. Depart any time on July 2nd, 2022 (subject to hotel checkout time).
Transportation options to and from the airport to the retreat centre (taxi or train) can be arranged through Carla Van Wees.

Rooms are double occupancy. To upgrade to a single room there is an additional fee of $800. There is a limited number of single rooms available.
PAYMENT POLICY:
CA$500 Deposit due immediately at registration.
*There are two payment options:
OPTION 1 PAY IN FULL: $4,000 CAD Double occupancy, OR $4,800 Single occupancy.
As a Bonus for full payment, you will receive Maura's online program "Convert Chaos to Clarity" (value $497 USD).
OPTION 2 PAYMENT PLAN:
Pay your CA$500 Deposit to secure your spot.
Payment of CA$2,000 is due no later than Nov. 30th, 2021.
Final payment of CA$1,500 is due no later than Dec. 31st (CA$4,000 minus your deposit CA$500 and initial CA$2,000 payment).
*If single occupancy is selected, the final payment is $2,300 instead of $1,500 CAD.*

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The trip is non-refundable, from the deposit onwards. This is because we are required to pay deposits for the hotel, transportation, tours and so on, which will be based on sign-ups.
PLEASE purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance AS SOON AS you begin paying for the trip! This will ensure that in any unforeseeable circumstances that would prevent you from travelling, you will be able to make a claim with your insurance provider.
If you find that you are unable to attend but YOU CAN FIND A REPLACEMENT for yourself (friend, relative, acquaintance, colleague), you may be refunded for your payments in this way.
IF there is a waiting list AND we are able to replace you with another participant, you would also be able to receive a refund.
Lastly, if we cancel the retreat your payments will be refunded. In such circumstances, we would also offer you a voucher towards a retreat at a later date as an alternative. There would be a $150 administrative fee.
Of course we will be complying with any restrictions still in place in June 2022 as far as circulating throughout our itinerary - you will be fully apprised of those conditions prior to and throughout your stay. You are guaranteed at the Hotel and with our privately contracted transport and our tour providers, full compliance with any restrictions and guidelines with respect to your health and safety on the trip.

You will be required to provide Proof of Travel Insurance prior to departure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Any cancellation on you part will result in a loss of your $500 CAD deposit.
Cancellations made after Dec. 1st, 2021 and before Dec. 31st, 2021 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
Any cancellation made between Jan 1, 2022 and the trip departure will result in loss of 100% of the trip cost..
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, the trip price is subject to change.
Proof of trip cancellation insurance is required.
We reserve the right to change the hotel. However, you are guaranteed a hotel of equal or greater quality.
With respect to travel insurance and the Corona Virus:
The 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected. Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.
Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak.

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to obtain travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, and is aware that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and will be denied.
If Client has insurance with “Cancel For Any Reason” then it is possible to cancel for fear and this insurance option must be booked within 72 hours of initial deposit. To assist with insurance booking consult Carla Van Wees @ 905.243.6598.
Documentation Requirements: A valid passport is required; if you are travelling on a non Canadian passport, please check your requirements for entry. If travel is in 2022, an ETIAS visa is required.
Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
A valid passport is required with an expiration date at least 6 months greater than the intended return date.
Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada.
